Charter Hotel offers you FREE shuttle from and to “Henri Coanda” International Airport and “Aurel Vlaicu” International Airport.

To qualify for transfer will have to keep in mind the following:

- when you make the reservation you need to announce that you need shuttle
- You will have to announce the details of your flight at least one day in advance
- If you've chosen our transfer from the Airport, you have to let us know at least a day in advance, and to provide us the flight number and the estimate time of arrival. Than, when you arive, you have to call at reception (0040 21 352.87.19) and a representant of our company will be there to pick you in about 10 minutes. We will wait you in front of the airport, at “International Departures”, our car will have a post with “Hotel Charter Shuttle” . To reach this meeting place, after you'll get out from the terminal, you have to turn right and than to follow the indication for “International Departures”

Charter Hotel is offering individual shuttle. Unlike the others Hotels where you have to wait until the car fills or transfers are made at fixed hours, at Charter Hotel there is a car for each person or each group.
This is the reason that you have to announce us about your transfer.
Usually between 8:00 am and 08:00 pm we can arrange unscheduled transfers (when we have available car), but between 08:00 pm and 08:00 am the transfers are made just if you announce at least one day earlier.

Car park available to Charter Hotel includes Renault Logan, Renault Megane sau Renault Traffic (8+1 seats).
